At Nutroni we strive to provide our customers with the best quality and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can use our returns policy.
Conditions for returns:
1. Unopened products:
For hygiene and health reasons, only unopened products in their original condition can be returned.
2. Return period:
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to return your product(s).
3. Proof of purchase:
Please make sure to include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
How does returning work?
1. Register your return:
Send an email to [retour@webshop.nl] or use our return form on the website. Indicate your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack the product:
Make sure the product is securely and properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
3. Send the package:
Send the package back to the specified return address. The return costs are for your own account, unless the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly.
Refund :
Once we have received and checked the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 7 working days.
Any shipping costs incurred on the original order will not be refunded. Only the return shipping costs will be refunded.
